Dr. Gabbai graduated from SUNY Brooklyn Medical School and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at the UCLA – West Los Angeles VA Medical Center. She entered private practice in Los Angeles with Cedars Sinai Medical Center in 2004. She practiced in West Los Angeles for nearly 18 years. She relocated to Anaheim to join Mayflower Medical Group in February 2022.

Dr. Gabbai specializes in Women’s Care and is passionate about delivering care to all patients regardless of gender or age. She has treated a wide range of medical problems to a diverse population. She understands that each population has its own uniqueness when it comes to treatment. Dr. Gabbai takes pride in delivering comprehensive, empathetic care to all patients. She believes a strong patient-physician partnership is key to diagnosing and treating medical illness. Aligning with this, she seeks good collaboration with all specialists to deliver a team based approach to optimize medical care.

Dr. Ligia Pinzariu has been a registered nurse for over 10 years and spent the first decade of her career in the emergency department. She obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of California, Irvine, and is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Building on a strong foundation in emergency care, Dr. Pinzariu’s professional goal is to provide exceptional primary care with a focus on prevention and patient empowerment. Driven by a passion for holistic health, she strives to help individuals and communities manage illness and achieve optimal well-being. In every role—whether as an emergency nurse, mentor, clinical educator, or primary care provider—Dr. Pinzariu has championed initiatives that prioritize preventive care, early intervention, and patient education.
